Let's face it- cupcakes are not just for kids anymore! What was once a typical classroom party treat has become a very trendy dessert savored by even the most sophisticated palates. Cupcake A La Mode is a chic boutique-style cupcake cafe. We serve 20 different flavors of fresh-baked gourmet cupcakes as well as a variety of signature blended coffees and teas. From the rich, velvety cake all the way up to the creamy, made-from-scratch icings, our cupcakes are truly tantalizing. But at Cupcake A La Mode the presentation of our cupcakes is just as important as the fabulous taste. From the moment you walk into our cafe, you'll see that our cupcakes are always dressed to impress! Each one of our cupcakes has it's own individual style, designed with the idea of being your centerpiece in mind. Our cupcakes have flair.

A note from our Pastry Chef:
I would like to take a moment to thank many, many people who have helped make Cupcake A La Mode an instant success. We are so very lucky to have chosen our first location to be in the best neighborhood any business could ask to be in! The West Plaza community is amazingly warm, friendly, encouraging and supportive. I appreciate every single patron that has stopped in; from the first-time customer to the customer who visits me several times per week. I enjoy my interaction with each one of you! There is so much pride in seeing people walk in to my store and admire my cupcakes. There is even more pride however, in watching my customers eat one of the cupcakes I baked for them IN my store! That experience in itself has been both surreal and rewarding! I started making 4 dozen cupcakes on January 14, 2009 on a whim that even with no advertising at all, customers would stop in and buy them. Now, here we are on Dec 1, 2009 and keeping up with my growing business has surely been a challenge! I am very lucky to now have 2 Assistant Bakers, Graham and Harleigh, who have played a tremendous role in the popularity of our cupcake shop. We are now baking 25 dozen per day (35-40 dozen on Saturdays!) just to keep up with the demand for my yummy cupcakes!! Thank you all for being so patient with me during my first 10 months as we have worked tirelessly and enthusiastically at trying to keep our case full of cupcakes for you to admire! I feel very blessed to have this opportunity and I look forward to many, many more years of baking the best cupcakes for you that I possibly can!!
